Starting A Meditation

You know you have overcomed your mind stains, when 5 factors that identify your practice is a meditation arises: Vitakka, vicara, piti, sukkha, and ekagatta.
If you see these factors arises, that really mean you have overcomes mind stains. But this is only temporary, after you leave meditative mind, you back having them again.

I will not often post, because not all arupa jhanas relate with liberation.
